Arvada Project

This 1960’s home was ready for a modern change. This design and renovation included removing walls on the main level, to open the space for an open floor plan. We incorporated a modern black rod iron staircase, leading to the lower level. New plank wood flooring was installed and paint throughout the upper and lower levels. New fixtures in the kitchen and dining area made this modern/glam farmhouse design come together. Full bathroom renovations with white herringbone subway tile, a geometric pattern floor tile, and beautiful new mirrors and vanities made this home feel brand new. The backyard wasn’t to be outdone, adding a wood-burning fire pit with custom stonework as well as a large granite countertop with a custom grill installed for outdoor entertaining and grilling.
