This outdated drab, dark home was given a full interior renovation and exterior paint job. New interior paint on walls and a daring black trim gave this home the Santa Barbarian feel that this couple wanted. The kitchen received a big change, with new white quartz countertops, resurfaced white cabinetry, a bold, gorgeous new copper backsplash, copper pendant lights, and a faucet to match. The matte black cabinet pulls, and large black sink gave this kitchen edge and a pop of color. The bedrooms were updated with fresh paint and new carpet. The bathrooms were updated with new white quartz countertops, resurfaced black cabinetry, new paint, and new beautiful mirrors.
